An unforgettable experience – more than just a recording session

I bought the recording studio experience at Phoenix Studios as a gift for my dad, and it ended up being one of the most special things we’ve ever shared.

My dad has always been a singer, and he passed that love of music down to me — but despite his talent and lifelong passion, he had never actually experienced recording in a professional studio before. I wanted to give him something meaningful, and this experience exceeded every expectation.

From the moment we walked in, Justin made us both feel completely welcome and at ease. He has such a calm, genuine, and encouraging presence — no pressure, no ego, just pure love for music and people. He created an environment where we could relax, enjoy ourselves, and truly be in the moment.

Watching my dad step into a recording studio for the first time was incredibly emotional, and Justin handled it all with such care and professionalism. He made the experience feel fun, comfortable, and special — not intimidating at all — and we both absolutely loved every minute of it.

This wasn’t just a studio session - it was a memory we’ll treasure forever. If you’re thinking of gifting this experience to someone you love (or doing it for yourself), I cannot recommend Phoenix Studios and Justin highly enough. Truly magical. 🎶✨

Justin is world class. He is professional and so kind in his approach, but realistic at the same time. Justin's space is so welcoming and lovely to record in! I will never use another engineer. Thank you, Justin!

I've recorded in studios world wide, New York, L.A., Canada, Germany Holland, France and England. I've just had a couple of tracks from a live concert I recorded with my band "Kiss of Reality" with Toyah Wilcox back in London 1993 mastered at Phoenix Sound Studios. I'm so impressed, the ordinal stereo recording was taken straight off the desk and the vocals were loud and had lots of peaks plus there were some quite loud crackles and creeks. Justin and his team are so tech savvy, professional and advanced, hand crafting every note and beat. I'm so pleased with the finished mastered tracks, the difference actually succeeded what I thought was possible!

Absolutely amazing experience! I came to Justin wanting to record something special for my partner. Singing has always been my biggest fear and with the help of Justin we were able to create something very special that I will be able to treasure forever. I felt completely at ease in the amazing studio that was surrounded by bliss! It was a lot of fun and I highly recommend anyone wanting to record to go straight to Justin! Thanks again for the great experience mate!

Justin is a consummate professional and an absolute joy to work with. Even though I have my own professional setup, I've used Phoenix Sound a number of times now for live-directed video game sessions, and it's made the whole process so much easier. Cannot recommend enough!

Phoenix sound studio was an incredible experience. Justin was fantastic, and was able to help capture exactly what I wanted with my EP. He is a professional, and leaves heaps of space for the artist to do their thing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to record a song, album or EP.
Extremely good price to considering the high quality of the work he produces.
